Caffeine has not only been associated with greater problems getting pregnant. It has been diagnosed that pregnant women who consume more than two cups of coffee or four cups of tea a day, are more likely to have their babies born with a lower than normal weight. Low birth weight children have a higher risk of heart problems and diseases such as diabetes. The recommendation is that pregnant women reduce their caffeine consumption to less than two cups a day and that women who are planning to get pregnant avoid consuming these drinks.

 

EAT MANY FRUITS AND VEGETABLES To improve the condition of your reproductive organ, to provide your body with energy and defenses and even to boost your fertility. For all that and more is why you need to carry out a diet rich in vitamins and minerals. This way you will be able to favor pregnancy. Among the foods that can bring you more elements, we find vegetables and fruits. Of the latter, it is recommended to take up to date around five different pieces. Some recommendations: Increase the consumption of fruits and vegetables rich in antioxidants, such as carrots, cranberries, tomatoes, broccoli or cauliflower. Include in our diet foods with aphrodisiac power, such as banana, berries, dark chocolate, as well as vanilla, cinnamon or damiana leaves in the infusions.  THE IMPORTANCE OF ORGANIC FOOD
